Library VolunteersVolunteers are important in providing quality service to residents in our communities. As a volunteer, you will help enhance and expand the services and programs offered by the County of Los Angeles Public Library. For this reason, volunteers with a variety of skills, interests and abilities are needed to become part of a team devoted to enriching the lives of others.
Community members of all ages are encouraged to get involved with the public library. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule. If you have some time to spare or a talent you wish to share, contact your local library or the Volunteer Program Coordinator. Why Volunteer?Everyone benefits when you choose to volunteer:
Who Volunteers?Anyone can volunteer. There is no experience required; we provide the training. Volunteers with a variety of skills, interests, and abilities are needed. Volunteers include: individuals, teens, youth and community service organizations, philanthropic organizations, businesses and corporations.
